WHEREAS, the vision of the Board of Trustees of the Fallbrook Masonic Cemetery Assn. is to develop and maintain a cemetery which is well kept. A cemetery where friends and family can visit and enjoy, one that the feelings and wishes of those who have entrusted the care, custody and control of their loved ones. The placement of flowers on the graves of our loved ones is a time-honored tradition. It is an expression of love and remembrance to those who have passed from this life and is a beautiful and effective memorialization. The following regulations are established to maintain the beauty of the cemetery and we respectfully insist they are observed.
WHEREAS, fresh flowers are permitted at all times, no artificial flowers are allowed. Flowers are removed for mowing every Wednesday, weather permitting.
WHEREAS, all flowers must be placed in regulation containers. Flowers which are not in authorized containers will be removed and placed in the maintenance yard by the Cemetery personnel. The cemetery will not be liable for loss of plants, vases or other unauthorized items placed on or around a gravesite. Any container of breakable material will be removed and placed in the maintenance yard by cemetery personnel. The planting of flowers or shrubs, or the placing of fences or other obstacles at gravesites is strictly prohibited and said objects will be removed immediately.
WHEREAS, flower vases may be purchased at the Cemetery office and will be installed by cemetery personnel only.

WHEREAS, ALL FLOWERS WILL BE REMOVED WEDNESDAY TO PERMIT FOR MOWING AND LAWN MAINTENANCE ON THURSDAY. NEW FLOWER ARRAIGNMENTS MAY BE PLACE ON FRIDAY MORNINGS AND WILL REMAIN IN PLACE, UNLESS THEY FALL UNDER THE ABOVE MENTIONED RESTRICTIONS.
WHEREAS, baskets, arrangements and potted plants may be placed on graves up to (5) days before and (5) days after the following holidays; New Year’s, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Mexican Mother’s Day, Memorial Day, Father’s Day, Labor Day, All Saint’s Day and All Soul’s Day, Veteran’s Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, Easter.
WHEREAS, No balloons, glass containers, stick objects, small ornaments, artificial flowers, stones/rocks, tiles or wind chimes may be placed on, around or in trees at a grave location. These items will be removed at the staffs convenience without notice.
WHEREAS, Natural wreaths and flowers are permitted. Natural material flower containers that are unbreakable, such as wood or bark are acceptable. No artificial or items with chemicals such as; flowers, plants, vases, potted plants or other decorations may be placed on graves. Drought tolerant plants may be planted but will not be watered by the grounds crew.
Unauthorized decorations will be disposed of as part of the grounds crew daily routine. Balloons, non-biodegradable materials, cans, bottles, windchimes etc., are not allowed.
